Your use of the Weddings Resources Directory web site (“WRD”) is subject to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) of this agreement. WRD is a web site of BearEdu Technologies, whose principal place of business is at 2301 Live Oak Circle, Round Rock, Texas 78681, United States. These Terms provide the legal agreement for your use of this web site.

1. Accepting the Terms

1.1 In order to use the web site services (“Services”), you must agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept these Terms.

1.2 You can accept the Terms by:

(A) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms; or

(B) by using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that WRD will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point foreword.

2. Services provided

2.1 You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which WRD provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

2.2 You acknowledge and agree that WRD may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally at WRD’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time.

2.3 If Services are terminated, you will be provided a pro-rated refund of any subscription/advertisement fee amount paid.

2.4 Advertisers are required to submit the data for generation of the advertiser’s web page within two weeks from the time of the subscription date. WRD requires at least two weeks to generate the advertiser’s web page. If the advertiser fails to submit the input within the required two weeks and WRD meets its schedule of two weeks generation time, then the advertisers free trial period of three months will be reduced by an amount equal to the late date of the advertiser’s input. If the advertiser meets their input time of two weeks, then WRD guarantees that the advertiser will receive a three month free trial of advertising or WRD will give a prorated refund based on the time that the advertiser lost due to delays by WRD.

3. Use of the Services

3.1 You may be required to provide identification and contact information about yourself. You agree that any information you give to WRD will always be accurate and current.

3.2 You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms.

3.3 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that WRD has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which WRD may suffer) of any such breach.
